This brightly colored market is centrally located in the new retail space and a short 5-minute walk from the cottage. It hosts a variety of everything you will need for your stay including Snacks, Sandwiches, Kombucha, Energy Drinks, Beer and Wine, Milk, Eggs, Bread, Sodas, Ice Cream, Ice, Fresh Produce, Toiletries, Paper Goods, and Specialty Items you won’t find anywhere else in Ocean Shores! There is also an espresso bar, bakery, gifts, and toys.

Foot and bike trails will line the community and connect with miles of Ocean Shores’ paved roads and trails. Walk or ride your bike to pristine driftwood-covered beaches overlooking Grays Harbor and the Pacific Ocean. It’s a tranquil, scenic beach with no car traffic, and no crowds. You can also walk or ride a short way to the west to join the vast Pacific Ocean beaches that go all the way to “downtown” Ocean Shores

Get out and play! Oyhut has lots to do including a Bocce Ball court, horseshoes, tetherball, and even a giant chess board. For the younger members of the family, there is a kids play area to climb and explore. Sea Stars and Stripes comes with a complimentary pair of cruiser bikes with helmets and locks, sand toys, and sun shades. The area is very bike friendly with miles of bike lanes to take you from your cottage to almost anywhere from the beach to down town Ocean Shores.

This is one of the best things to do in Ocean Shores! Rent an electric Duffy cruiser and explore over 23 miles of navigateable fresh waterways. Drive yourself or hire one of their capable guides to do the driving for you. The Duffy boat has a capacity of 10 people. Ocean Shores Boat House also rents kayaks, stand up paddleboards, and hydro bikes. They are conveniently located less than 1 mile from the cottage.

If you want to have a glimpse of the local lifestyle, then visiting the museum is a great idea. The number of seemingly regular artifacts tell the history of Moclips and how the community evolved over the last century.
